Not as far as my process goes. You will only be charged for my management or design services from me.
Not for social media services. Payment is required on a monthly basis before each round of content planning begins.
This depends largely on how quick you get me everything I need. I will start the planning process as soon as I have everything from you. You can be up and running in about two weeks.

Due to the nature of design work, refunds aren’t available. But don’t worry—you’ll be involved throughout the creative process to ensure we’re on the right track. Plus, I offer 2-4 rounds of revisions (depending on the service) to refine everything until it’s just right.
