I'M JEN MAC...

...a designer with a drive to create and a background as versatile as the clients I work with. Before stepping into the world of freelance design, I wore a lot of hats: teacher, IFBB Pro athlete, personal trainer, manager, events and marketing lead, and even direct sales. Each role strengthened my skills in preparation for running my own business. Now, I channel that experience into strategic design, branding, web development, and social media management. I solve problems and help entrepreneurs, creatives, and brands stand out and succeed.

Beyond the pixels and color palettes, I’m the girl who loves jamming to a good beat, will roller skate for hours, and absolutely loves a good belly aching laugh. I'm a bit of a rebel (in the best way), so expect me to push the creative boundaries and go all in to bring your vision to life.

Absolutely! Let's hop on a 15 minute call and make sure we’re the right fit. After you submit an inquiry, I'll get in touch with you.
Essentially yes! You are always welcome to pay in full (for those who like those credit card rewards points ;) BUT generally speaking, depending on the package price you'll pay a deposit and then the rest is split into payments. Full payment is required by the end of project completion.
It depends on the service and project size. My website and branding experiences are typically 5 days of design time. Timelines are largely dependent on when you provide me with prep work and content. Your proposal will have an accurate timeline.
I recommend getting with me at least 2 weeks in advance. You'll need enough time to gather content for your design project. Be sure to get in contact with me sooner than later (especially if you have a tight deadline) so I can make sure to get you onboarded and ready to roll for launch!
Not at all! I pride myself in versatility and flexibility and being able to work with a variety of businesses/brands.
YES! Think of me as your one-stop creative shop. I handle websites, branding & logo suites, social media, digital graphics and print design - all so you don’t have to juggle multiple creatives. Keeps things simple for you and fun for me!
I use the 'starting at' or 'investment' method so you can decide if my services are in your price range. Every project is a bit different! Some of my prices are set, but many clients request custom proposals, so I tailor pricing based on specific needs. Tell me your budget and I'll be honest and let you know what I can do for you!
Due to the nature of design work, refunds aren’t available. But don’t worry—you’ll be involved throughout the creative process to ensure we’re on the right track. Plus, I offer 2-4 rounds of revisions (depending on the service) to refine everything until it’s just right.
